  2. If your location has kitchen accomodations ~ consider eating in or having meal delivery on the evening of your massage plans. Planning dinner out? ~ consider later reservation times (8pm onward) so you can make the most of your in home massage experience.

Why do you require 90 minutes for single sessions?

First, off 90 minutes is the bare minimum time needed if you are wanting the time to create change in your body &/tissues! We and You need the time basically said!

For the average person, a thorough full-body massage takes about 90 minutes. 60 minutes is suitable for general relaxation or focused work on a few specific areas (back/ neck/shoulders). Athletes often require 2 hours.

How should I prepare for my massage session?

Please be showered prior to your session. Disrobing down to your comfort level is encouraged. You may opt to be “robe ready” for ease of getting on and off the table to which we will exit the room for you to get on the table under the sheet and blanket before we re-enter to start your session. Leaving underwear on is just fine! Ladies, it’s reccommended to remove your bra or undershirt so we can access your back.

Prior to your session, your therapist will do a general intake with you about your health history, goals you’d like addressed or areas to avoid, and answer any questions or concerns. Our massage sessions are custom tailored to your personal needs & pressure preferences.

We abide within the Utah state practicing laws for massage therapy draping techniques to allow us access to one body part at a time, while the remaining parts of your body are covered ~ modesty and safety is honored.

Can you massage Kids/Minors?

Yes! We have accommodated many families traveling with youths that love getting in on a family spa day;) We require the parent/guardian to be present and consent prior to their session.

I’m new to Massage Therapy…How will I feel after my massage?

Most people feel a sense of renewed self, energy, and relief! You may also be in a state of ultimate relaxation and may desire to rest, so plan the rest of your accordingly.

Depending on personal circumstances ~ there is the possibility of some unpleasant or “detox” reactions such as: headaches, an immune system reset that could push out an illness/sickness, new aches/pains may emerge as you are integrating the change in your body.

We are here to support you however we can. We always encourage drinking water with balanced electrolytes before & after your massage session to reduce incidence of any negative reactions due to the above so mentioned.

Your rates are higher than a Spa or Location, Why?

Another great way to show your appreciation is with positive reviews & referrals!
