Traditional Thai Mat Massage
A Thai Yoga Massage stimulates pressure points to open the body's energy pathways and allows the body to heal. It's a more active type of massage with different therapist assisted yoga poses which allow for a deeper stretch. This technique differs from a traditional massage but has many benefits to help heal your body. Performed wearing comfortable loose clothing.

Thai massage, aka” lazy man’s yoga”, is a rhythmic massage modality comprised of stretching, compression and range of motion. It is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. This modality is wonderful for athletes, dancers, or anyone wanting a new and different massage experience. I have over 200 hrs. of training in Thai massage, mostly in Thailand under the infamous Homprang, and it is my most favorite massage modality to perform. In addition to Thai massage, I have been a massage therapist for 16 years with extensive experience in Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports, cupping and lymph drainage. I was certified at Myotherapy College of Utah in 2007. My career has take me from high end 5 star spas to remote sport fishing and heli-skiing lodges in Alaska. I have a profound passion for bodywork and give every one of my clients a unique and one-of-a- kind experience.
