*By Booking a reservation with us you agree to the following:

Upon booking your reservation, a credit card needs to be secured on file with us until your reservation is complete. Your therapist(s) will complete payment with you in person after services unless other arrangements need to be made.

  • 24 hour Notice Required for Cancellations/Modifications to reserved Services to avoid 100% charge of booked services unless an equal or greater booking can be replaced

  • 48 hr notice for group Bookings to avoid full service Fee’s

  • 1 week Notice For Modifications/Cancellation for reservations made december 18th - January 5th aND large Groups Utilizing 4 + Therapists.

  • Rescheduled sessions need to be rendered within a weeks time. beyond that, your reservation will adhere to our cancellation policy above

  • We make every effort to get to you even in bad weather situations. If we cannot safely get to you, we will offer our next first availability for rescheduling your sessions.


    Preparing for your Experience with Us

  • Your therapist(s) will arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time

  • Parking: Please have parking accommodations available for each therapist. If we can not park at your location, we cannot provide services to you, no exceptions! 🅿️ Any parking expenditures to us, such as garage/street fee’s at hotels will be added to your service bill.

  • Needed space for our setup is 4.5 x 9 feet per therapist/massage table. Please move any furniture ahead of our arrival in preparation and have each therapist be set up in the space they will be for the duration of your scheduled services. *Moving tables to different rooms will impede on your table time

  • Health: please do not have us out if you are acutely sick. same day cancellations will be honored under our cancellation policy the same as any reservation with us.

  • It is recommended and appreciated that you are showered/clean before your massage. Please inform us of any injuries, chronic illness’s, or allergies so we may make informed & proper adjustment to your treatment.

  • Payment will be processed in person at the end of your massage. We can accept all major credit cards, Venmo, or Cash. *Gratuity to your therapist is not included in menu service fee’s unless stipulations explained are inclusive in your booking. General Service gratuity etiquette is 20%.

  • Payment via credit cards placed on file: A 3.65% processing fee will be added for this form of payment and a 20% gratuity will be added for your therapist(s). For Corporate/Large Group payments exceeding $1500 per transaction ~ a 4% processing fee will be applied.

  • *Rate Change Claus: Please note ~ our service menu rates may change over time. We reserve the right to update future reservations to the current rates for date of booking

  • Conduct Policy: Alpenglow Mobile Massage is strictly a professional mobile massage therapy service and does not offer any sexual in nature services. Full Draping policies are practiced and enforced in accordance to Utah State Law. We reserve the right to refuse services and/or terminate services at any time and client will be charged 100% for booked services. Any incidence of such will be reported to local authorities.

*Informed Consent*

By hiring our therapists to perform therapeutic services you understand and give permission to treatment and agree to the following:

  • Massage Therapists do not diagnose illness or injury, prescribe medication, and are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment.

  • If you are under a physicians care due to surgery or other illness/treatment such as chemotherapy, you must have clearance/permission to receive therapeutic massage and inform your therapist of any limitations/aggravations so we can best deliver a safe experience for you.

  • *Chemotherapy: please be at least one week out from your last treatment before requesting services with us

  • You understand that there are some risks associated with receiving massage therapy that include, but not limited to the following, and release your therapist from liability: superficial bruising, short term muscle soreness, exacerbation of an unknown injury

  • Minor Release: A parental/legal guardian of the minor receiving a treatment must be present at the location for the entirety of these sessions. Please help your therapist by informing them of any known injury, allergy, or if under a physicians care, you agree to the above so mentioned also pertaining here.

  • Prenatal release: You have been cleared for massage therapy by your physician and will keep your therapist updated on any changes to you/baby’s health, so we can adjust our treatment as needed
